WHY WE WALK?

Today there is more hope than ever for people affected by breast cancer. However, there is still much work to be done, that’s why Vasilaros & Politis, P.A. has decided to walk together annually as a team in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. Our participation was not a business decision. Our choice to be involved and become a strong advocate for MSABC was a very personal decision for all of us. We are surrounded daily by beautiful, intelligent, “full of life” women of all ages, many who play an important, if not VITAL role in our lives and the truth is that more than likely someone in our family or at least one of our close friends will suffer and possibly lose their life in the battle with breast cancer. Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is more than just the name of a walk, it describes the amazing progress being made in the fight against breast cancer, and it describes Vasilaros & Politis’ commitment to defeat this disease. Nothing can describe the hope that is inspired by walking with those who share a passion for defeating breast cancer.
